Performance Marketing Specialist
Vendasta is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our demand generation team. The role of the Performance Marketing Specialist is to generate leads through paid search, paid social, and other advertising avenues.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing as it relates to search engine marketing, lead generation, and analytics. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of our paid campaigns and help us develop our PPC strategies by owning our large SEM and social budget. Currently, paid campaigns comprise a significant part of our lead volume at Vendasta, so there is an enormous opportunity to drive demand and scale our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage high-performing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase account performance across search, display, and social
- Research keywords and optimize ads to increase conversions and reduce costs
- Work with copywriters and designers to deploy landing pages that increase leads
- Conduct A/B tests on all campaign elements to optimize conversions and CPA
- Identify digital advertising opportunities with the goal of increasing leads and sales, as well as contributing ideas that will shape the scope and direction of our platform
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize organic search rankings
- Research and stay familiar with the latest search marketing updates
- Perform SEM audits, prepare reports, and gather applicable data to contribute data-driven recommendations for site enhancements and campaign optimization
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of PPC management
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social ad platforms
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Number crunching and data analysis are a large part of this position, so the successful candidate must love statistics and be able to derive meaning from large amounts of data
- Preferred: Google and Facebook training / certification
- Plus: Experience with marketing automation tools, SEO, SQL, and Data Studio
