The Contracts Administrator is responsible for performing the full range of contractual responsibilities from proposal development to contract closeout. The right candidate will have a strong customer focus, a passion for producing high-quality work, and bring an intense curiosity and learning drive to the team. This is a full-time position where attendance is an essential function of the job.
 
Responsibilities Include
 
  • Providing support for contracts administration, including managing, drafting, redlining, negotiating, and finalizing company agreements
  • Acting as a liaison between internal and external customers to efficiently drive the contract review and approval process to conclusion
  • Analyzing all aspects of incoming non-disclosure, service, customer, partner, contractor and other company agreements, applying general contract and intellectual property principles knowledge to independently address a variety of contract issues
  • Conducting initial review of all incoming contract requests and correspondence, to identify any terms that vary from corporate standards to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Recommending appropriate modifications to contracts, engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders in the sales, professional services, administrative, and other internal departments as may be required
  • Managing and maintaining all corporate records, contract policies and procedures, and document tracking and reporting requirements
  • Reviewing Statements of Work to ensure the scope is clearly documented and aligned to deliverables
  • Coordinating signatures on all contracts
  • Ensuring customer contracts and information are fully compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate the documentation of sales contracts that fully capture service descriptions, fees, deliverables and other attributes
  • Performing administrative tasks as requested by the General Counsel (e.g. drafting letters, completing meeting minutes, filing confidential documents, etc.)
  • Supporting team members by researching miscellaneous legal issues

  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to effectively multi-task, re-prioritize and work independently to meet deadlines and drive agreements to conclusion, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality
 
Education and Experience Required
 
  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2+ years related work experience 
  • Strong understanding of contracting, software licensing, and intellectual property rights and principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and web-based software tools
  • Knowledge of subscription agreements and other corporate agreements a plus
