Current Opportunities

The Diagnostic Sales Consultant position will be responsible for generating adoption and usage of our client’s innovative genetic testing laboratory services, as well as converting users of competitive tests to utilize the new innovative test.
 
  • The Diagnostic Sales Consultant has call point ownership on all accounts within the assigned geography (there is no co-promotion arrangement).
  • This is an account sales position - sales representatives must promote to new customers, as well as "convert" customers who are currently using competing laboratory services.
  • This position is with an emerging healthcare company firm with significant expansion plans and legitimate advantages over competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Drives new customer accounts by promoting the Laboratory Service to office-based HCPs
  • Converts physicians who currently use competitor Laboratories to become loyal customers of new Laboratory test
  • Executes the customer order process by providing on-going client education
  • Manages customer relationships to ensure that customer needs are being met in a timely manner
  • Leverages all tools and resources available to drive sales (including data, CRM, target lists, laboratory resources, and local resources as needed)
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Completes all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly
 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare REQUIRED (Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.)
  • Successful Laboratory Sales experience REQUIRED
  • Established relationships with PCPs, Pulmonologists, Urologists in the local territory REQUIRED
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and incredibly driven to succeed
