Valor Software is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The primary objective is to communicate with the client and provide an almost full cycle of sales from the initial contact to the closed deal.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other dedicated sales platforms and channels;
- Drive the sales process from plan to close
- Manage and document information about customers and requirements using the HubSpot CRM
- Identify opportunities for self-development, in conjunction with your supervisor, to continually improve your ability to perform your role and prepare yourself to take on new roles in the future
- Research and pre-sales preparation for sales calls
- Must be able to handle confidential matters in a professional manner;
- Able to work independently, rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker and performance-driven.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Close deals with partnership aim
Specialized knowledge:
- At least 2 years in IT software sales
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiations skills
- Proven experience in technical software sales
- Ability to understand customer’s needs
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of web development process is a plus
- Ability to work in a team in an Agile/SCRUM environment
