Data Scientist

Valor Software is looking for a Data Scientist for AI-based startup. The core of the project is a Human Capital Management platform to track employees performance and get Just in Time feedback using AI and integrations. 

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning;
2+ years of proven experience in web development and JavaScript;
Experience with one or more deep-learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow;
Strong understanding of machine learning principles and solution development workflow;
English (both verbal and written): Intermediate+.


Will be a plus:
Experience with Node.js, React, Angular;
Experience with Python;
Experience with one of the following visualization frameworks, such as D3;
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3;
Architecture skills.

Responsibilities:
Help with requirements for AI/ML tasks;
Guide how right structure the Data and algorithms for suggestions for users;
Improve logic of algorithms;
Knowledge sharing.
