Valor Software is looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ years of relevant experience, who is capable of handling pre-sales of web-based and cross-platform mobile applications projects. The primary responsibilities would be clarifying project details with potential customers and working with a technical team on project requirements to prepare time estimations.
Key areas of consideration for the vacancy are continuous learning, proactive response to client requirements, and the ability to foresee the bigger picture for business success and customer delight.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of successful experience as a business analyst;
3+ years of development or QA experience;
Knowledge and experience in writing SSR;
Knowledge and experience in working with Agile principles;
Knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering methods and tools;
Understanding the architecture of web applications;
Understanding the architecture of mobile applications and client-server technology; Understanding of UX and Usability principles;
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) — at least Upper-Intermediate level;
Excellent communication, negotiation, meeting facilitation skills, conflict resolving abilities;
Self-management skills, multitasking.
Will be a plus:
1+ years of team management experience (PM or Teamlead)
Requirements analysis, outlining project scope;
Writing software specification requirements;
Coordinating the process of gathering time and cost estimates based on the project requirements;
Coordinating creation of wireframes, flow chart diagrams (Figma, Balsamiq);
Follow the development process (Agile approach);
Manage, assess, and confirm priorities;
Continuously improve and share knowledge, skills, and performance.
