Job summary
We are looking for our Head of Cloud and Support to manage our Support and Hosting business unit for all countries where the group operates.
Reporting to our CTO and based in Toulouse, you will achieve your goals leading a multicultural and partly remote team across France, Canada, UK and China.
You will be responsible for the coordination of all managed services operations which means Atlassian application support and Valiantys Cloud Offering:
- Define the technical, commercial and marketing strategy of the offering
- Suivre les contrats clients
- Facilitate conflict management meetings
- Coordinate the Customer Success Manager & Support Team Leader activities linked to customer satisfaction
- Manage the consultant support team (recruitment, planning management, careers & skills management...)
- Manage supplier relationship (AWS, Orange)
- Manage subcontractors
- Improve Service Quality (ISO 27001)
You will also bring support to the sales and marketing teams, promoting the offering and helping with pre-sale actions.
This position asks prompt travels abroad.
What you need to be successful
You hold a Master degree in Computer Science or I.T Management and have a proven first experience in Cloud/infrastructure and especially SaaS offerings and technical support management.
You speak English fluently, you will need it and we hold on it.
You know the principles and importance of Marketing Mix (4/7Ps: Product/Promotion/Price/Place + People...)
Of course, to manage a service offering, you have to be organized, analytical, stress resistant, creative but also results driven, customer focused and adaptable.
Last but not least, your natural leadership and your project management skills will make the difference!
