Job summary

To amplify our growth, we are looking for a Commercial / Key Accounts Manager to take charge of the Bank Department. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you have a good knowledge of the banking world organization.

Your responsibilities

You will develop and execute a sales plan, creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts on around 15-20 named key accounts (with a majority of existing clients).

Your daily tasks will be to:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: project detection, analysis of the needs, commercial proposal, contract negotiation and signature
  • Identify decision makers and build strong relationships with them
  • Detect new opportunities within your existing customers
  • Develop your customer portfolio by conducting cross-selling and up-selling
  • Develop a growth strategy for your sector
  • Work in collaboration with the Delivery, Marketing, Finance, HR teams ...

What do you need to be successful 

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about emerging technologies. Active listening, empathy, tenacity and strength of conviction will make your success.

You speak French fluently and enjoy trading in English with your clients and colleagues.

You have at least 6 years of experience selling IT services. So you have an excellent understanding of the sales cycle service, ideally oriented software.

You have already built a business strategy based on consulting and master the context and issues of C-Level.

You are organized and wish in the medium term to evolve towards team management.

Knowledge of Atlassian products, ALM tools or ITSM tools would be ideal but not essential.
