Role Purpose

To sustain our explosive growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our experienced Sales Team in Rotterdam.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Benelux, you will be offering our services and solutions to a range of Enterprise prospects. 

Your responsibilities

You will develop and execute a sales plan, creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts on around 30-40 target accounts.

Your daily tasks will be to:
  • Identify and build relationships with decision makers while managing the end to end sales cycle.
  • Develop a strategy to drive growth within the region by following a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers.
  • Develop and close new business opportunities with prospective clients while managing relationships with your existing accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with Professional Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurate forecasting & reporting.

More about you

  • You clearly have an entrepreneurial flair with a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Ability to engage with customers across all levels of a Business.
  • Can speak both Dutch & English fluently.
  • Extensive experience of selling software & services.
  • A good understanding of the software development lifecycle within Enterprise companies.
  • Good organisational skills & time management

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Atlassian or competitive products, ALM tools or ITSM tools
  • Experience of working with Salesforce CRM
  • Trained on recognised Sales methodologies (eg SPIN, MEDDICC)
