Customer Service - Written and Inbound calls

About you

We are looking for someone who is great at communicating both in written form and on the phones. The majority of the role will consist of responding to written customers queries though some time will also be spent answering calls from our Energy customers. 

Our advisers are ambassadors for our company and we need people to join us who have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and natural ability to build rapport and empathise with customers.
  • Have the ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to resolution.
  • The skills to act with integrity, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A genuine commitment to making a difference to our customer’s experience.
Our standard working week is 40 hours per week across 5 days between Monday to Saturday. 
 
 You will be required to work every other Saturday as part of your standard shifts.
 (Internal candidates will remain on their current Saturday rota.)
