Hours: 20 hours per week
Shifts: 6pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Who we’re looking for
 
You will be the contact point for advisors so you should be positive, proactive and ultimately lead by example through engagement and achieving team targets. You will also need to have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. 
 
We’re on the lookout for someone that can: 

  • Lead and motivate the team to optimum performance levels 
  • Provide clear direction with timely and effective communication 
  • Support though coaching and setting of objectives.
  • Manage performance through regular reviews
  • Conduct development reviews and recommend training 
  • Deliver all departmental KPIs and objectives 
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience 
  • Build effective relationships with other teams and departments
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Suggest and organise team building activities
  • Understand the need for flexibility when implementing change



Don’t forget though, you’ll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.
