Role title: New customer onboarding advisor (Call Center customer services)

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays

What you'll do?

In a nutshell, our Welcome Team deliver a warm and award-winning on-boarding experience to all our new customers. This is a really rewarding role where you will take full responsibility in providing first-hand support to our Members and Partners.

On a day to day basis this looks like: 

  • Providing a high quality customer interaction on every call you take
  • Ensuring incoming calls are answered with priority and a warm smile!
  • Ensuring that customer records are accurately maintained including making any amendments required
  • Being empowered to improve our customer experience by providing feedback to the Welcome Management team

The fine print

Our standard working week is 40 hours across 5 days between Monday to Saturday. Our shift patterns are: 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4.30pm Saturday. We provide you with four weeks notice of your shift patterns so that there is plenty of time for you to arrange your personal life to achieve that work life balance. 
 
You will be required to work every other Saturday as part of your standard shifts.
 
Your starting salary will be £22,000. Upon successful completion of your probation, you will be entitled to a £500 increase and there will be a further increase of £500 6 months after that. That will bring your total base salary to £23,000! On top of this competitive salary, we are offering a monthly bonus - up to 10% of your salary.
