About you

We are looking for people who love providing excellent customer service, delivered with a smile along with a personal touch. 

Our advisors are ambassadors for our company and we need people to join us who have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and natural ability to build rapport and empathise with customers.
  • Have the ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to resolution.
  • The skills to act with integrity, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A genuine commitment to making a difference to our customer’s experience.

Working hours for this role are 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.

You’ll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.
