Sales Manager (Prague or New York)

We channel our know how from Silicon Valley, New York and our experience in China to create a unique, high value offering for corporate R&D, innovation hubs and agencies.

We look for someone who will drive this unique, successful approach in Europe and or New York, USA.

What are going to be your major areas of responsibility?

  • Develop short and long term revenue strategies that deliver significant revenue growth
  • Plan and execute winning account strategies
  • Prospecting and networking to ensure a full pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Consult with prospects on best practices for launching new digital products, common development stages, processes, and go to market strategies
  • Lead prospects through the U+ sales process setting proper expectations to ensure success
  • Lead the internal team to ensure information such as prototypes, specifications, and contracts are delivered to ensure success
  • Account management to ensure customer satisfaction and strong relationships which lead to upsell and reference opportunities
  •  Ensure customers follow development plans and requested project information to avoid project delays and receive payments on time
  • Advise on U+ go to market strategy by recommending key target markets/customers, brand positioning, appropriate marketing channels and marketing strategies

  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
  • Experience with sales with a proven track record
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the tech and digital industry
