Sales Director

UrLoop is commercializing a simple, highly innovative service management and interactive communication software platform for senior living communitites. Our small team consists of smart, hard working and fun entrepreneurs who have just released a full featured platform with apps, utilizing transformational UX and AI. Opportunity to build and lead large sales team.

Responsibilities:
Own sales cycle from from lead generation to close
Generate leads through professional network, cold calls, trade shows and network events
Keep up to date with product development and communicating updates to clients
Understand key goals of clients and manage expectations
Effectively work with product development and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient delivery of product
Maintain accurate accounting and forecasting details through a CRM system
Assist with development and implementation of marketing materials and programs

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3+ years experience in enterprise software sales, ideally to senior living communities
Proven track record of sales excellence
Knowledge of CRM, Saas and B2B sales
Strong communication, presenting, writing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in fast paced, hands-on, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation:
