Data Quality Analyst II

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years experience in the energy industry with data quality assurance expertise 
  • Direct experience interacting with customers
  • Experience with MS Excel and basic knowledge of big-data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of speed and accuracy
  • Should possess aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and well organized 
  • Must have solid analytical skills and be goal oriented
  • Energetic team player that can multitask with minimal direction in a startup environment


Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Manage the quality assurance process surrounding the life cycle of expected accounts until delivery and provide recommendations for improvements 
  • Develop, improve and maintain processes surrounding customer acceptance of delivered Urjanet data
  • Gather customer requirements and develop a plan to execute projects on time and within budget constraints
  • Coordinate with the Chennai, India team to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and data deliveries are on schedule and in compliance with quality standards
  • Manage standard and custom customer projects
  • Assist with timely closing of help desk tickets, and conduct root cause analysis
  • Develop KPI reports and metrics and prepare documentation to support customer processes
  • Set, achieve, and report updates against goals
  • This candidate must be energetic, highly motivated, and possess ability to learn quickly in fast paced environment.
