Job Description : 

- Facilitate employees’ admission into training programs. 

- Skill mapping, job profiling, planning training based on these and needs. 

- Formulate Employee Career pathing and Succession plan layering. 

- Arranging for awards and associated award items as a part of R&R activities. 

- Formalize and run frameworks to suit organization needs. 

- Full proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication skills to present oral and written analyses.

- Client-focused, flexible and an excellent team player. 

- Ability to effectively work with other staff in the department.

- Strong inter-personal skills and commitment to work in a team-oriented, multi-cultural environment.

- Yearly Holiday list submission & PF ESIC corection letter preparation & all related to PF stuff 

- Preparing/Updating Org Chart Monthly

- Maintaining employees attendance & timesheet & late records

- Payroll input includes Additions, Delations,LOP, Attendance, Saturday Pay, leave encashament,Training Conversion/Confirmation/FT conversions etc  and the template can be referred @ HR Drive in any month payroll input

- Handling employees general queries

- Checking no dues, collecting id cards & system

- Preparing and issuing all exit documents
