Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years experience as an EA and office manager in a commercial or technology company 
  • Reports to CEO
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Office
  • Bachelor's degree
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with executives and clients
  • Personable, energetic individual with excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Passion for solving problems and focused on advancing their career path

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' calendars and schedule board meetings and other events
  • Screen or coordinate phone calls/meetings
  • Organize and plan company events and parties
  • Maintain the company calendar
  • Manage general company administrative tasks
