Sr. Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will help itemize the receipt of our inventory and record, count, and troubleshoot the inventory. This is an important role in our Trading department.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage in-depth training to assist our customers and vendors by phone and email
  • Record transactions in cloud-based ERP
  • Proficiently respond to inquiries about status of orders, payments, logistics, etc. and communicate to our clientele in a manner that upholds the company's values, integrity, and industry-leading reputation
  • Master order-taking and communication to/from our Operations team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or slightly later shift if desired)
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow protocol and learn from direction
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
