Annual Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 pro rata
Hours Per Week: Monday 5pm - 10pm (Home), Wednesday 7am - 12pm (Office), Friday 10am - 3pm (Office), Saturday 11am - 4pm (Home).
Job Description
As Twinkl develops we want to ensure that whenever a teacher has an issue or needs our help that we can provide the best service and help them as quickly as possible. As such we are looking for enthusiastic teachers to join us at our Sheffield offices to help teachers throughout the world.
You’ll be joining our exceptionally lovely customer support team to help provide our users with a world-class customer service experience! You will be joining an established team of teachers to answer calls, email queries, social media messages and Twinkl’s new live chat tool, helping our users get the best out of their subscription by answering any questions they have quickly and efficiently.
As a Teacher Support Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. As such, you’ll be a expert on our products, services and resources, acting as an ambassador for the brand by living and breathing our values: Lead the way, go above and beyond, do the right thing and be lovely.
This is an office-based position, with two days working from home, late shifts and weekend shifts. Full training will be provided and you would need to work full-time from the Sheffield office for the first two weeks for training.
Core Skills:
- A background of teaching from within the classroom
- A good understanding of the current UK curriculum
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and a thorough understanding of spelling and grammar
- Strong IT skills & understanding of IT systems

- A background of working within a customer support environment
- A thorough understanding of social media

Qualifications & Experience:
- PGCE qualified or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent
- A to C in GCSE Maths & English
