Tulip Interfaces, Inc. seeks Customer Success Engineer to work in Somerville, MA.
Job Duties: Perform industrial engineering duties in furtherance of customer success in implementing company engineering products. Draw on experience with industrial engineering concepts, including lean methodologies, manufacturing quality processes, and manufacturing metrics to provide training and technical support to customers in the U.S. manufacturing industry. Provide engineering support and training to help customers understand the best ways to utilize the company products. Collaborate with engineering teams to establish customer support practices and develop metrics and Key Success Indicators that optimize the customer experience, including analyzing customer data to identify best practices. Contribute to product deployments at customer manufacturing plants. Configure company products and install onto customer manufacturing lines, connecting sensors/machines and smart tools. Apply principles and theoretical knowledge of Lean methodologies; manufacturing quality processes; electromechanical and software debugging in context of quality control systems; manufacturing metrics; and production/inventory planning.
Minimum Requirements: Related degree and/or experience and/or skills required. Multiple positions open.
