We’re developing both a web-based platform and shop-floor hardware, bringing consumer-grade user experiences to a space dominated by truly ancient enterprise technology. We instrument and augment production lines that would otherwise mainly rely on paper to give instructions, refine processes, and collect data.
Our technologies bring the flexibility, speed, and intelligence that take our customer’s processes and results to the next level; but for these impacts to be felt properly, our technologies need to be at least as reliable as the paper systems we're replacing.
To make this happen, we need rock-solid technical infrastructure, and we need it in the face of some unique operational challenges. We are deployed in the cloud as well as on-site in factories throughout the world. In those factories, we frequently have unreliable network & power conditions that our customers, more than us, dictate.
