Account Manager (Wireless Telecom)

TTI is hiring an Account Manager to join our Field Operations team to participate in the coordination of the operations, billing, and payment for wireless telecommunications services sold and delivered by TTI and it’s Suppliers. As TTI Account Manager, you will report directly to the VP Field Operations. 

Your main tasks will include creating the project schedule, identifying project activities, internal and external resources, and timeframe for every professional services activity for the project.

To succeed in this role you should be able to effectively lead the analysis and resolution of problems using a variety of techniques appropriate to the situation; involving the project team, the customer and stakeholders in the problem resolution as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for professional services activities delivered for the customer.
  • Coordinate and perform the configuration and integration of all network elements including the integration tests and the consistency of the solution over the whole project
  • Identify, manage and control Statement of Work and cost for professional Services activities.
  • Understanding and explaining all delivery process, controlling milestones, documentation approvals and change request identification.
  • Resource management for all technical resources working in professional services activities for the project.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Project Management
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the telecommunications industry 
  • Ability to create and understand a work plan or project plan to execute a professional services project
