We’re looking for a Delivery Success Manager to join our growing team and to take over shift management responsibilities on a daily basis. At Habitat, we’re only as good as the players on our team. As a Delivery Success Manager, you’ll be working with our Delivery Success coordinators to monitor performance and fill in the gaps. As a Delivery Success Manager, you’ll be joining a company that is cooking with gas. We are live in 2 markets and gearing up to expand to 2-3 additional markets by the end of the year. You’ll have a direct impact on maintaining the company’s growth. This role calls for someone with experience in managing a team, anticipating problems before they occur, and strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll report directly to the Director of Customer Success.
What you’ll do:
-Monitor staffing and delivery performance on a daily basis
-Be the eyes and ears for the Director of Customer Success
-Work beside and manage Delivery Success coordinators
-Diagnose and resolve daily restaurant and courier issues
-Anticipate peaks and troughs in order volume
-50+ hour work weeks
-Ability to give Delivery Success coordinators critical feedback

Requirements:
-Management experience/working in teams
-Logistics or delivery background
-Proficient with Google Suite
Nice to haves:
-Experience with CRM Software
-Bachelor's Degree
-3-5 Years experience in high-growth business or early stage startups
