We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) case management agency, staffed by caring employees, working to help the mentally ill population of Oahu integrate more fully into the community. Our focus is the clinically-based SAMHSA Recovery Model as it relates to mental illness.

Many of the mentally ill people we work with are diagnosed with substance abuse, many are homeless, and many have legal issues and other challenges. We help them re-link with service providers in the community in an attempt to live a more normal life.
The impact of this position:
You will be supporting our mission by assuring the compliance documentation we submit to our funders and accreditation agencies is accurate and timely. This is a vital function in the continuous service to our clients with mental illness.
Job Role:
In this position, you will be managing clinical charts and working with clinicians to prepare documentation. This will require you to direct documentation and communications to relevant persons in the agency, assist in the scanning and organization of client charts, and monitor the submission of documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Familiar with HIPAA and understands the timeliness requirements of documentation handling in healthcare.
- Comfortable with computers and adept at navigating adobe, excel, word, and other online programs.

$12 per hour
