What we’re looking for:

The Business Development Representative will help to establish and scale Trusted Works, the most innovative healthcare staffing solution on the market. You will lead a team in account mapping and discovery, collecting critical product-market fit and purchasing cycle insights. 

You will establish best practices around lead generation and account mapping and lead the BDR team in achieving monthly qualified lead targets resulting in closed-won opportunities and expanded market share. 
 
Your responsibilities
  • Planning and overseeing the execution of an account mapping project.
  • Help build out the BDR team in the new Trusted Health Chicago office
  • Create new sales opportunities with qualified targets
  • Establish both inbound and outbound lead qualification and routing process.
