Operations Manager, Onboarding & Compliance

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced operations leader to own the user experience during the onboarding, credentialing, and compliance phase for Trusted’s Marketplace. You will be the primary decision maker for this function and will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement. 

As a key early hire, you’ll wear many hats as you lead, manage, and streamline how clinical employee’s are onboarded and credentialed in our growing clinical workforce. You’ll be responsible for identifying and solving issues as we expand. You’ll build and manage a team of Operations Coordinators and be responsible for their individual functions. 


You will:

  • Manage internal resources and external stakeholders to onboard and manage our rapidly growing workforce through compliance, competency, and employment requirements while finding ways to further integrate disparate systems to create simple, elegant processes.
  • Identify third-party solutions and providers to help us provide a premier quality of service to our users 
  • Create workflows and processes to manage how and when we communicate with our users through tools with an emphasis on quality and rapid response time.
  • Help us improve and provide input to our product team to help us streamline routine processes and provide an even better experience to our candidates and clients alike.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Operations role, preferably at a high-growth startup and/or in a management capacity. 
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager & working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Deep understanding of Project Management processes and tools. Can create workflows & tools that can scale---both individually and by working cross-functionally in a project management capacity via detailed requirement & workflow documentation.
  • Experience with databases and enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Front, and Asana
  • An exceptional attention to detail and high standards when working with a high volume of projects
  • Learned quickly in previous roles when tasked with a project or task that was at first unfamiliar to you
  • An ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks


It would help if you have experience with a few of the following:
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (background checks, drug screens, labs & titers, competency evaluations, Joint Commission Certification, etc.)
  • Experience with product development / product management processes.
