What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a leader in Extended Workforce Management to support Trusted’s Marketplace Operations team and who can facilitate clarity, collaboration, and high-quality execution on complex and fast-moving HR projects. This role will be in daily contact with operational leads across the business to help respond to and ensure compliance with processes, policies, and best practices to coincide with Trusted’s commitment to user experience. Our ideal candidate is a highly adaptable individual who is not intimidated in the face of ambiguity, and is equal parts proactive and collaborative.

As a key early hire, you’ll wear many hats as you create, manage, and develop solutions to help support both our users and customers. You’ll be responsible for identifying and solving issues both today and as we expand. 

You will:

  • Advises and educate Marketplace teams about extended workforce policies, procedures, best practices, and expectations.
  • Drive the resolution of day-to-day extended workforce concerns, including workers compensation, unemployment insurance claims, incident report infrastructure & reporting, and other compliance issues to meet operational goals.
  • Ensures compliance with related federal, state, and local requirements. Ensures accurate and consistent policy, procedure, and process application.
  • Identifies policy and process gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities and drives solutions to resolve them. 
  • Identify ways to proactively engage our current working users to enhance employee satisfaction 
  • Takes ownership and accountability for all HR related issues with our working users and works side-by-side with clinical leads

You have:

  • 5+ years of People, HR, or Employment Law experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws affecting contingent workforce management in addition to related People/HR activities
  • Experience owning the creation of company policies and practices to determine appropriate action or guidance through employment situations
  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to own and drive projects end-to-end
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

It would help if you have experience with a few of the following:
  • Familiarity or knowledge within the healthcare or recruiting industries
  • Experience managing contingent workforce relationships and processes desired
  • SPHR/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
