What we’re looking for:
Operational excellence is a key driver of our success. That’s why we’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help us scale our marketplace across the country.
Your first mission will be to work with our Nurse Advocates to ensure our users feel supported as they complete compliance requests prior to starting their next job. You’ll actively work with our Product team to surface new opportunities for automated solutions and you’ll be given the resources and freedom to create new, innovative processes. You’ll wear many hats, and you’ll be asked to switch from internal operations to communicating casually, yet professionally, with users and external partners throughout each day.

Your responsibilities
- Working internally and externally to onboard and manage our rapidly growing workforce through compliance, competency, and employment requirements.
- Communicating digitally and over the phone with our users and partners to facilitate
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation and for both our users and internal teammates to facility knowledge sharing.
- Collaborating with our Marketplace and Product teams to create innovative and scalable solutions to allow us to maintain operational excellence at scale with less manual intervention.
- Helping us improve---everything---and provide input to our leadership team to help us streamline routine processes and provide an even better experience to our candidates and clients alike.

Organized & processed-focused. You’re the one everyone expects to plan the next trip, event, or outing. You’ve been known to color-code your binders and you may have used a label maker once or twice. You can juggle multiple competing priorities and when things fall through the crack---well, with you, that never happens.
Self-motivated. You feel highly responsible for the outcome of the projects you’re involved in and your friends and colleagues know they can count on you to “get things done.” Working for an early stage startup is exciting to you and you thrive when there is a little bit of ambiguity in the air. You don’t wait for direction, you seize opportunity and want to be on a team that thinks the same way.
Tech-savvy. You like to create efficiencies with technology, you’ve hacked together your own systems to create efficiencies in your daily operating rhythm. You’re a master of Microsoft Office, you love project management tools, and you’re. You’re comfortable with new software programs and you’re excited to work closely with an experienced, high-caliber product team.
Fast learner. Ok, so maybe you haven't done 100% on the list above, but you’re excited about picking up new things and you think learning curves are more like runways. You’re a self-starter and if provided with the right direction you’ll figure out how to get to the destination.
