Sales Enablement Manager

Position Overview:
 
TrustArc is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team to help build and support a highly productive sales organization utilizing all of the cutting edge sales tools & processes for onboarding, training and ensuring high sales productivity, etc.  You will develop and deliver regular, high quality, mixed media field training elements to drive knowledge, efficiency, and productivity in a growing sales organization. This new high visibility position reports to the SVP of Sales and is based in our San Francisco Headquarters.

The ideal candidate is energetic, results-oriented, loves to speak in front of small and large groups of people, understands the needs of a sales organization, and thrives on educating the sales teams in an effort to make them more productive in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a world-class sales training program for new hires, existing personnel and channel partners
  • Build a sales enablement function which is accountable and responsible for equipping and driving sales productivity and velocity
  • Identify, implement and own enablement tools, processes, programs that will drive rapid, scalable productivity of all sales functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with business operations, marketing, product management, human resources, executive staff and other functions in addition to sales to deliver high value, on-demand training
  • Develop curriculums for sales reps and SDR's and assemble content that contributes to customer value and differentiates 
  • Be able to teach, train and / or moderate courses
  • Work with Sales leadership to identify growth levers and design their implementation and tracking
  • Understand the sales team’s pain points and modify our processes and tools for efficiency gains
  • Drive formal monthly, quarterly and annual learning programs and events as defined by the strategy to enhance the capabilities and productivity of the sales team
  • Develop and implement a program to test and certify the sales team and channel partners for maximum effectiveness
  • Establish appropriate measurement criteria for the enablement function and report to management quantifiable progress over time.
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, industry trends, customers and field personnel such that curriculum adjustments and delivery mechanisms are timely and high value.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role in sales training, enablement tool creation, and course development
  • Substantial work experience in sales, channel operations and enablement with enterprise software
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding and experience working with global cultures
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams internally and externally, in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, show humility and stay flexible through growth and change
  • Dynamic and engaging style with excellent written and oral communication across different audiences and level
  • Process-oriented – enjoy digging into and improving processes at scale
  • Strong applied analytics – you love data, gleaning insights from data, and making decisions based on data
  • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite
  • Advanced Excel and Google Apps skills
  • Familiarity with SQL and data query/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Domo)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a software / SaaS organization 
  • 4-year college degree
