SUMMARY

TrustArc Channel Sales Manager (Field Sales) 

TrustArc is seeking a Channel Sales Manager that has a successful track record selling software as a service (SaaS) direct and through channel. We are looking for a passionate and results driven individual that will be responsible for driving sales and substantial revenue growth within a geographic territory. You will be responsible for driving and inciting activity with multinational Distributors and Value Added Resellers and Consulting firms while exceeding booking targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory
  • Discover and manage sales opportunities through self-generated and partner assisted business development activities
  • Meet with partners, participate in joint sales calls and assist in closing opportunities
  • Generate, develop and manage an ongoing pipeline of 4x quota
  • Track and measure daily activity and sales goals metrics in Salesforce
  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota via Salesforce
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on partner and customer experience
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by positioning the TrustArc value and ROI
  • Assist in partner recruitment and exceed partner recruitment targets 
  • Able to travel approximately 50%

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years direct sales and channel account SaaS selling experience
  • Proven success in software/technology sales
  • Well established relationships within  Major Distribution Partners and/ or Value Added Reseller communities and consulting firms.
  • Autonomous, well organized, and results-oriented
  • Creative and proactive thinker
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing the environment
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented and customer focused
  • Exceptional negotiating skills including procurement, licensing and contracts
  • Advanced proficiency with solution selling, demonstrating in-depth sales and consulting skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver professional documents and presentations to all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
