TruFusion is a growing company within the yoga and fitness industry. We are seeking an additional member for our franchise operations team. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who likes variety in the work day. The franchise operations team at TruFusion Franchising is at the core of every step of a franchisee’s journey from site selection and build out to studio launch and ongoing business operations.   • Maintain & support the franchise management software platform for franchisee community
  • Define administrative needs of the corporate office, franchise system, training and operations teams
  • Capture, upload and organize all business documents for each franchise, studio and ownership group
  • Keep all manuals, documents, policies and procedures current and available to corporate headquarters and franchisee community
  • Organize and coordinate schedule of events for Operations teams
  • Support internal and external customers through written and verbal communications
  • Develop & orchestrate all internal reporting as defined by senior leadership
  • Draft and publish important newsletters and notices to the franchise community on a regular frequency

  • Experience within the yoga or fitness industry is a big plus
  • BA/BS in business, communications or related field a plus
  • 3+ years of experience with multi-unit leadership and consulting with franchisees
  • Strong financial acumen
  • System software conversions a plus
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, POS systems

  • Superior competency and experience in software/technology implementation from a user level
  • High level of effective, direct communication skills; written and verbal
  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience
  • Operations experience in business to business companies/roles
  • Ability to complete deliverables in a deadline-centric and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand business operations and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
