TruFusion is a growing company within the yoga and fitness industry. We are seeking an additional member for our franchise operations team. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who likes variety in the work day. The franchise operations team at TruFusion Franchising is at the core of every step of a franchisee’s journey from site selection and build out to studio launch and ongoing business operations.   • Build franchisee relationships influencing meeting and exceeding all brand standards and expectations
  • Conduct franchisee calls and studio visits
  • Identify and celebrate franchisee success
  • Create documented action plans to remove obstacles and build strong business results
  • Analyze P&L results and partner with franchisees to strengthen profitability
  • Monitor and analyze membership growth, coaching to build solid a membership base
  • Teach, coach, and train all operational standards in new and existing studios
  • Conduct franchisee training experiences for new and existing franchisee owners
  • Resolve conflict and evaluate compliance
  • Interact with all departments to create solid support system for franchisee community
  • Lead a small team of support operators
  • Provide regular reporting related to franchisee statuses and KPIs

  • Experience within the yoga or fitness industry is a big plus
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications or Related Field
  • 5+ years of experience with multi-unit leadership and consulting with franchisees
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, POS systems

  • High level of effective, direct communication skills; written and verbal
  • Conscientious and effective organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to solve problems and execute plans of action
  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience
  • Experience in dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to complete deliverables in a deadline-centric and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand business operations and maintain confidentiality
  • Desire and ability to help people succeed 
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly as needed
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
