Manager, Demand Generation

Our integrated backend platform helps HR teams save time by automating employment and income verifications associated with mortgages, personal loans, rental applications and changing jobs. Our employee-first approach prevents identity fraud and protects employees and companies alike from crippling data breaches.

As Growth Manager, you will help grow Truework’s digital marketing presence from the ground up. In this role, you’ll have the chance to optimize and deploy a full-suite of growth and demand-gen resources. You will work directly with the cofounders to develop our paid marketing roadmap, driving growth across enterprise and consumer products. You will have the ability to grow existing channels like SEO and SEM, while building playbooks on other paid acquisition channels.

Additional Responsibilities will include:

> Driving paid acquisition of HR professionals, banks, and other target audiences.
> Owning paid channels such as SEM, Facebook, and LinkedIn while testing and executing on new channels. 
> Creating digital marketing playbook.
> Partnering with Product Marketing, Design, and other stakeholders on executing end-to-end campaigns.
> Partnering with product & engineering to optimize targeting and lower cost of acquisition at scale.
