Our verified identity platform helps HR teams improve security and unlock productivity by automating employment and income verifications. On the consumer side, we are giving employees unprecedented visibility into how their professional information is shared between third parties such as banks, mortgage lenders and employers. We believe increasing data transparency and returning data controls to the consumer are two crucial steps toward improving the health and safety of the internet as we know it.
As an Account Executive at Truework, you will be an integral part of the HR-SaaS sales team, helping us grow our customer list while adding thousands of employees onto the Truework platform. You will work with an agile sales team in developing best practices for outreach, nurturing and closing accounts.
We are looking for a motivated and independent thinker with a strong interest improving software and implementation. We value tenacious curiosity and the drive to set and own ambitious business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and codify our outbound sales process along with the VP of Sales, CEO and rest of the sales team
- Identify, nurture and close mid-market accounts (>500 employees)
- Work with the current sales team and share best practices
- Share insights with product team to help better serve HR customers
- Work directly with the engineering team during the technical side of the sales process
Requirements:
- 3+ years selling SaaS products
- Enjoy working with a team while reaching your personal goals
- Passion for uncovering customer pain points and pitching an engaging product narrative
- A passion for privacy and consumer-focused initiatives
- Love sharing best practices in helping build a best-in-class sales team from the ground up
- Track record of outbound and prospecting success
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
