Our verified identity platform helps HR teams improve security and unlock productivity by automating employment and income verifications. On the consumer side, we are giving employees unprecedented visibility into how their professional information is shared between third parties such as banks, mortgage lenders and employers. We believe increasing data transparency and returning data controls to the consumer are two crucial steps toward improving the health and safety of the internet as we know it.
As the first Partnerships hire at Truework, you will be responsible for developing product-enabling partnerships that accelerate growth and market penetration across different strategic segments in the banking and financial services sector. You'll be working hand-in-hand with Truework's CEO, CTO and COO in developing our partnership strategy to enable this growth. This role will put you at the center of our business, working across the product, engineering and sales organizations to coordinate partnership efforts and ensure a smooth technical integration.

Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships directly and facilitate relationship building between Truework and partner leadership
- Identify key opportunities, risks, and proposals for how we should work with these partners by developing a deep understanding of Truework’s product and GTM strategies
- Develop a 3-year strategic account plans for each potential partner
- Work cross-functionally with internal product and engineering teams to define product priorities and roadmap
- Design a replicable and scalable development program, and ensure a seamless flow between close of deal to partner success
- Build consensus across engineering, product, and marketing teams on partnership opportunities and ideas
Requirements:
- Skills in executing strategic partnering and negotiations
- Executive presence and relationship management; operationalizing partnership
- Effective manager and leader; rigorous, in the details, moves with urgency and tact while communicating a clear vision
- Strong internal collaboration skills with product/eng as well as GTM teams
- Product sense and user focus, ability to understand technical topics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment
