Head of Marketing

At Truework we are hyper-focused on building products that enable businesses and consumers to regain control over how their sensitive information is shared online. Our B2B platform helps HR teams improve security and unlock productivity by automating employment and income verifications. On the consumer side, we are giving employees unprecedented visibility into how their professional information is shared between third parties such as banks, mortgage lenders and employers. We believe increasing data transparency and returning data controls to the consumer are two crucial steps toward improving the health and safety of the consumer web. 

As the Head of Marketing at Truework, you will help promote and redefine our narrative as we grow across multiple business lines. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing demand generation and product marketing for our SaaS-based HR product. You will also drive acquisition and user-retention for our online Verifier product, which serves 10k+ banks, background check companies, and landlords. As a marketing leader, you will help shape everything from brand to product development, serving as a key point of feedback in representing our users and customer base.

We are looking for motivated and independent thinkers with a strong interest in building a marketing organization from the ground up. We value tenacious curiosity and the ambition to own key business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow and lead a team of marketers across multiple business lines
  • Partner with co-founders to set the marketing vision and voice of the company
  • Manage lead generation programs across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social, etc.) to drive demo requests to our SaaS-based HR product
  • Drive acquisition, growth, and retention, to our organic-driven Verifier business, which serves 10k+ banks, background check companies, landlords, etc.
  • Drive lead nurturing programs through email, webinars, co-marketing, and other channels
  • Manage events, content, and PR strategy to make Truework a thought leader amongst the HR, security, and lending industries
  • Hire, train, and grow a team of Demand Gen and Product Marketers

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing-related functions
  • Experience leading, executing, and measuring performance marketing campaigns for a B2B product
  • Deep familiarity across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, etc.)
  • Experience managing a high-performing team
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
