As an Enterprise Account Executive at Truework, you will be an integral part of the HR-SaaS sales team, helping us grow our customer list while adding thousands of employees onto the Truework platform.
We are looking for team-players with insatiable appetites who are eager to develop our enterprise sales process. As an Enterprise AE, you will work closely with our CEO and VP of Sales in identifying strategic accounts and finding inroads to HR decision-makers.
This is a high-visibility role within a growing sales team. With this role, there will be significant opportunity to shape how we sell our enterprise product.
Additional responsibilities will include:
> Developing and codifying our enterprise sales process along with the VP of Sales and CEO
> Identifying, nurturing and closing enterprise accounts (>5,000 employees)
> Working with the current sales team and sharing best practices
> Sharing insights with product team to help better serve enterprise customers
> Working with the engineering team during the technical side of the sales process
