As Truework's first data scientist, you will play an integral part in product & growth strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with the sales, operations, engineering and product teams in bringing our vision to the market. In this role, you'll be responsible for owning key metrics and working directly with the leadership team in using data insights to drive internal decision-making. As a business partner to multiple teams, you play a critical role in helping the hundreds of thousands of unique users our product and web application serves each month.
> Become Truework’s first Data Science hire.
> Work closely with Truework’s cofounders to identify, measure, and grow major KPI’s across Truework’s business lines.
> Help accelerate the growth of Truework’s product through data-driven strategies.
> Develop models to understand user behavior and inform product decisions.
> Partner with Engineering team to test and analyze new product features.
> Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to achieve metrics goals.
> 2+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or similar role.
> Bachelor Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Math, Statistics)
> Expertise in SQL and relational database query performance.
> Background in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
> Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, etc.)
> Ability to work at a fast pace in a startup environment.
> Love thinking about marketplace dynamics and network effects.
