Recruiter

Corporate location in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Recruiter.  As a critical member of our team, demeanor and confidentiality is a crucial aspect of this position. This person will be an important member of our team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of recruiting activities.  We are looking for a fun, positive person who is detail oriented and can multi-task with great energy.  Previous healthcare experience is a bonus.  


The Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, and selection of new employees and internal applicants. Collaborate strategically with the hiring managers to develop recruitment forecasts. Using critical thinking skills, this position assesses and analyzes the organizational and functional business needs related to talent based on stakeholder needs, and devises a recruitment strategy plan to ensure needs are met. 

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
  • Minimum of 1-4 years full life-cycle recruitment experience
  • Develop passive candidate pipeline
  • Ability to self-manage daily activities and/or high volume volume positions
  • Knowledge of all applicable federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to build and foster effective relationships with customers (applicants, hiring managers, leadership, and vendors)
  • A minimum of 1 year working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong customer services orientation

Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing and/or Public Relations
  • PHR, SPHR, AIRS certification or similar data mining training
  • Prior experience in healthcare
