Trimble is recruiting for a Technical Support Representative to fill an opportunity in the Westminster, CO office.
The Technical Support Representative provides prompt assistance to internal Trimble teams relating to product information and technical support. Success in this position involves timely thoughtful communication.
Provide fast and efficient customer service to internal Trimble teams.
Create technical notes and documentation on teams workflows and processes
Work closely with various product and engineering teams for technical support escalations and product issues
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Capable of working independently and in a team-based environment
Computer literacy and competency
Effective decision-making, planning, communication, and collaborative problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be fluent in English with the ability to articulate thoughts verbally and in written form
Potential for nontraditional work hours
Familiarity with FreshService a plus
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
