  • Responsible for tactical & architectural direction for enterprise technology stack, including strategies for both maintaining existing technologies/products while facilitating the migration path to new technologies and products 
  • Responsible for team cohesion and squad allocation, with an emphasis on establishing uniform/best development practices 
  • Ensure technical architecture cohesion across different tech projects 
  • Keep team motivated and provide guidance in terms of career development 
  • Conduct performance, merit, and compensation reviews 
  • Demonstrate leadership in solving problems by engaging with key stakeholders within the business 
  • Work closely with product managers, software development team to implement software solutions and applications, isolate problems and debug issues on MS platforms 
  • Highly competent with overall technical design and architectural skills 
  • Ability to work in a high-paced agile atmosphere 
  • Work with other teams within Trimble to integrate and collaborate on common solutions for the entire transportation industry 
  • Self-motivated and demonstrate initiative in tackling work, while following software development best practices and company guidelines 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and logically, and present developed features from time to time 
  • Provide mentoring to other members of the team 
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of detailed knowledge of C# or equivalent language
  • 2+ years of working knowledge of ASP.Net 
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE 
  • Knowledge of at least 1 modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) 
  • Knowledge of Typescript 
  •  Full understanding of Dependency Injection and its benefits 
  • Working knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) 
  • Understanding of design patterns 
  • Understanding of writing maintainable code 
  • Fully proficient with web technologies (HTML, RESTful services, JavaScript, CSS) 
  • Knowledge of source control systems (GIT, Source Tree) 
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, Entity Framework) 
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle 
  • Quick to learn new business domains and gain an understanding of the business processes that drive them 
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies 
  • Must be able to produce usable documentation for all artifacts and coding 
  • Consistently learning and always wanting to improve 
  • Attention to detail and striving for quality 
  • Adhering to processes defined by the technical team 
  • Actively participating in code reviews with peers 
  • Troubleshooting and correcting complex bugs or issues 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Computer Science degree or related experience/education 
  • Experience with Docker 
  • Understanding of Integration patterns 
  • Service Bus and Publish-Subscribe design patterns 
  • Knowledge of Mobile applications
