Financial Systems Implementation Consultant     
Location: Cleveland, OH or Remote

The ideal candidate will have 3+years of experience implementing financial accounting software with external clients and strong project management skills. This role is responsible to analyze customer’s as-is accounting operations, identify opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement financial accounting software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and deliver a course of action while implementing software to our clients. 
Minimum Requirements: 
§  At least 2 years of experience implementing and/or supporting accounting software with external clients 
§  BA/BS or equivalent experience 
§  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
§  Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week 
§  Ability to work independently 
§  Strong knowledge of general accepted accounting principles 
§  Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions 
§  Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately 
§  Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives 
§  Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry 
§  Strong follow-through, with a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job. Ability to own and manage projects from end to end 
§  Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with customers inside or outside of the company 
§  Dynamics GP (Formerly Great Plains) or other packaged financial software experience 
§  Knowledge of Enterprise-wide software in the transportation industry a huge plus 
§  Project Management experience 
§  Experience with Billing and Payroll Applications 
§  Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services 
Physical Requirements: 
§  Constant and close visual work at desk or computer 
§  Constant sitting and working at a desk 
§  Frequent verbal and written communication with the team and other business associates by telephone, correspondence, or in-person 
§  Frequent lifting of folders, files, binders and other objects weighing up to 20 lbs. 
§  Frequent opening and closing of heavy file drawers 
§  Occasional bending and stooping to pick up boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. 
§  Frequent walking and standing 
§  Occasional driving of automobiles 
Travel Required: 25-50 %
