Position Overview:

This role will focus on DevOps automation and CI/CD development. While there is a definite hands-on aspect to this role, the ideal candidate will also lead projects, work with agile development and IT teams to provide solutions and be a subject matter expert in DevOps best practices. ●Develops and maintains tools and scripts to automate deployment tasks
●Develop monitoring tools and dashboards
●Maintain development, test, UAT and production environments
●Ensure all environments are current on all patch es
●Develop and implement DevOps best practices for build, test and infrastructure
●Monitor infrastructure and take proactive measures to meet set uptime goals

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years as a DevOps Engineer
  • Linux OS
  • Database experience
  • Supporting deployments in a 24x7 environment
  • Understanding of SDLC and SCRUM practices
  • Automation experience with tools like Jenkins
  • Candidate must possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Apache web server and Tomcat configuration and administration
  • Experience with Docker and/or similar tools and technologies

Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/Apex
  • Knowledge of ETL tools
  • Knowledge of Java

  • Less than 5%
