Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Technical Escalations team. Plans, directs, manages and evaluates team performance to ensure customers are receiving a high level of service as well as issue resolution. Promotes a productive and positive relationship with internal as well as external customers. Serves as an escalation point for resolving difficult technical and process issues. Coordinates research initiatives, and coaches on process related functions. Ensures efficiency optimization of team process workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Previous technical and user documentation creation
  • Experience developing reports to analyze data trends and propose actionable conclusions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage to an end result
  • Ability to communicate advanced product knowledge
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills to balance the needs of competing internal/external stakeholders 
  • Flexibility to work additional and irregular hours

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous leadership experience (Team-Lead, Supervisor or higher)
  • Previous experience working with remote employees
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technology related field 
  • Experience with troubleshooting by leveraging server and device debug logs
  • Experience using and troubleshooting SQL, XML, HTML, Scripting
  • Experience with fleet based mobile communication systems
  • Experience with debugging source code such as java, C#, or C++
  • Experience in multiple operating systems, such as Windows CE7, Win7, Linux, Android, iOS, AS/400
  • Experience with the SDLC
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to support customers and teams
