Position Overview:

We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to help develop, execute and optimize inbound campaign strategy designed to create top-of-funnel leads for Trimble Building’s Divisions. As part of a small, dynamic and fast-paced shared services marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape programs aimed at building our brand and driving demand for our divisions that serve several segments in the Construction industry. Creating brand awareness and customer interest for Trimble Buildings, you’ll be a key player in driving the success of our business. The position will be based in Westminster, Colorado and will report to the Director, Revenue Marketing. Operations.


  • Work with the cross functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns (including digital, social, email, ABM and events)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs within a given budget, as well as develop ongoing performance reporting
  • Manage an A/B testing plan to constantly hone campaign performance
  • Partner with marketing operations and division marcom leads to ensure all reporting and lead generating activities are being tracked properly and followed up
  • Help create and launch focused Account Based Marketing programs
  • Leverage all channels to help generate TOFU leads (webinars, content syndication, third party ads, nurture streams, etc.)
  • Provide division Marcom leaders with weekly updates and maintain interlock across departments
  • Develop and maintain program playbooks to enable sales to inbound initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of interdisciplinary teams that include product managers, writers, designer, agencies, and marketing automation teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables on time and on budget
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience deploying search marketing, display advertising, email programs, optimization testing and social media is strongly preferred 
  • Experience creating effective web banner ads
  • Experience with buyer’s journeys and content strategy is a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience using marketing technology like Marketo, Uberflip, 6Sense, SnapApp is desired
  • Demonstrated experience using BI or analytics tools like Tableau or Domo, is desired
  • An understanding of lead management, sales cycle and routing processes preferred
  • Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off of data analytics
