We are recruiting for an experienced WW Support Manager to fill an opportunity in Westminster CO. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Job Summary
As a World Wide Support Manager for the Geospatial Division of Trimble, you will lead and manage a global team of support professionals that are experts in the vast Trimble/Spectra portfolio of GIS and Survey software and hardware products. The team’s primary duty is to support the global dealer network that sells and services customers using Trimble solutions. This role is a critical leadership position and drives the team’s day-to-day goals and strategic focus areas as well as interacts with the business area. This is a hands on working manager position that requires a leader willing to roll up their sleeves and help the team complete their goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the global team of technical staff
- Mentor next level regional support managers
- Support Team Staffing needs -> Building a great team
- Drive Team Goals in Metrics & Performance
- Build team knowledge / collaboration / culture
- Meet Customers/Dealers Globally to gain feedback on performance
- Manage P&L with regular reporting to the business
- Manage Communication & Reporting to leadership of the business area
- Drive continuous improvements in the development of a customer experience that creates a competitive differentiator for Trimble.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Great communication skills (Verbal Written Presentation Collaboration)
- Effective Leader in managing technical staff globally
- Experience leading creating driving the performance of a world class support organization
- Knowledge & Experience working with the Trimble Geospatial product portfolio
- Knowledge of systems that support the operations of a customer call centre including ticket tracking, knowledge base, telephone, chat, customer portals, communities, etc.
- Knowledge of processes and best practices that help drive efficiency in a support center
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
