OEM Account Manager - Ag/Construction

Trimble's Iron Solutions division is hiring an OEM Account Manager at our office in Franklin, TN.

For 80+ years, Iron Solutions has been the leading provider of used equipment data across lenders, dealers, and OEM’s.  As the OEM Account Executive, you will be on the front lines helping driving growth and strategic alignment with OEM's and their financial captives.

Job Summary:
As the OEM Account Manager, the candidate is responsible for driving growth and strategic alignment with OEMs and their financial captives throughout the Agriculture and/or Construction industry.

Measures of Success:
  • Achieve revenue and strategic objectives within OEM & Captives
  • Identify potential co-op, marketing and channel opportunities
  • Develop deep relationships across multiple departments
  • Secure and assist with data flow from the OEM to Iron Solution’s data team

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Extensive agriculture industry and/or construction industry OEM knowledge
  • Familiarity with OEM and OEM Captive relationships
  • Familiarity with agriculture and/or construction equipment
  • High excitement to learn new things and put them into action
  • Strong understanding of complex selling and negotiations
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities & multi-task
  • Strong ability to create and execute strategic plans
  • Extensive relationship building, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with and leverage a team
  • Effective member and contributor to a team environment
  • Ability to cultivate and manage an OEM/Captive pipeline
  • Detail oriented
  • High energy & positive attitude
  • 7+ years of selling experience
  • 4-year college degree or related experience
  • 25-50% travel required
