Growth Lead

Tribe's technology enables clothing brands to make their clothes smart. Tribe provides cutting-edge sensors, wearable hardware, and AI-Fitness Apps that makes working out more efficient, effective, and engaging.

We are looking for a business focused Growth Lead to help us develop and accelerating our growth efforts on all stages of our clients’ funnel across different markets. You an excellent networker, relentless in your pursuit of understanding the customer’s needs, and you meticulously strategize the best possible approach and message to promote Tribe’s solutions to each customer. You are the kind of person that does not forget to send get-well messages and birthday wishes and never allows a lead to get cold.

Responsibilities
  • Handle lead generation and opportunity shaping
  • Network and speak with potential clients, getting an understanding of their needs
  • Shape and propose solutions for clients
  • Help grow existing client relationships
  • Manage to a revenue target
  • Grow a team to support the revenue growth plans for different regions
  • Champion relevant Tribe solutions to target communities at conferences, meetups, Social Media, Media, etc.
  • Build relationships with key influencers/communities, and collect and prioritize product feedback and issues with the Product & Engineering teams
  • Create and develop investors and client presentation
  • Manage investor relationships in tracking and analyzing sell-side and performance financial models along with customer and competitor analysis

Requirements
  • You have more than 5 years of work experience in the marketing and/or business space
  • You are growth-focused with experience managing against a revenue target
  • You have an agency or consulting background with a strong understanding of marketing, data, technology, and media
  • You have a commercial orientation and ability to estimate and price engagements
  • You have a strong accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement prep skills
  • You have good knowledge of financial controls and processes
  • You have a strong work ethic and self-starter who can independently identify, analyze, communicate and solve problems
  • You have strong communication skills, judgment, diplomacy and collaboration skills to interact positively across all levels of the organization
  • You can prioritize tasks and work well within a team
  • You are flexible and work effectively on multiple projects both quickly and accurately
  • You can regularly travel within the region

Nice to Have
  • Strong client relationships and a large network in Europe and/or the US
  • Experience working in a startup, preferably as a founding member
