YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Lead role plays a critical role in TREC delivering ‘Exceptional Dentistry’. Competencies include:
Planning & Organizing
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Staff Scheduling
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Assist with hiring processes
- Coordinate and assist with New Employee Onboarding
Building Relationships
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- Motivate team members
Developing & Coaching Others
- Assist with evaluating and delivering employee quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Execution & Results
- Ensure the clinic is following TREC standards, processes and protocols
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics

- Month End Reporting (Practice Analysis, Practice Advisor, Aging Report, Adjustments, Chronological, Cash Deposit Summary)
